He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Caufield (Griggs) and Daniel J Caufield Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Lorelei Meuse; and his siblings, DJ Caufield of Apache Junction, AZ, Dusty Caufield of Port Lucie, FL, Dean Caufield of Andover, Dennis Caufield of Chelmsford, Ann Marie Wilson-Crockett of Groveland, Mary Lou Jelinek of Exeter, Brian Garofalo of Waltham and Kevin Garofalo of Billerica. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
