He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. O'Neill and Louise LeBlanc (McAuliffe); and his brother James O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Paris); his children, Colleen O'Neill (Jack Norton) of Alexandria, NH, Shawn O'Neill (Kate) of New Hampton, NH, Dan O'Neill (Jennifer Williams) of Chelmsford and Ryan O'Neill (Angela) of Lynn; and his siblings, Louise Connolly (Hubert), Gary O'Neill (Donelda) and Peggy Bucknam. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
