He was predeceased by: his spouse Olga Mowry (Yozura); his parent Clarence Mowry, Sr.; his stepparent Emma Dockery Mowry; his sibling Donald Mowry; and his stepsibling Arthur Dockery.
He is survived by: his parent Ruth Mowry (Harris); his children, Stephen Mowry (Claire) of Peabody, Robin Gage (Jason) of Reading, Linda Mowry (Lisa) of Hillsborough, NH and Michael Mowry of Ozark Alabama; his grandchildren, Jessica Hatzipetros, Diane Kennison, Stephanie Mowry, Jason Gage, Catherine Gage, Allison Gage, Whitney Saltmarsh, Alexis Burton, Jeffrey Gage, Ayla Mowry and Michael S. J. Mowry; and his stepsiblings, William Dockery and Norma Mowry (Dockery). He is also survived by 9 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
