She was predeceased by: her spouse Philip Welch; her parents, James Hennessey and Nora Hennessey (Scieze); her grandson Christopher Thomas; and her sisters, Alice O'Shea, Margaret Ford and Louise Crighton.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis O'Brien (James) of Burlington, Sharon Thomas (William) of Haverhill, Paul Welch (Kathleen) of Mission Viejo, CA and David Welch (Darlene) of Tewksbury; and her grandchildren, Shawna, Daniel, Ryan, Hollie, Erin, Paul, Shana, Meagan, Kellyn, Stacey, Patrick, Keara, Cameron, Molly and Kerrin. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and her many dear nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
