He was predeceased by: his mother Valerie Richards. He is survived by: his father David Cloutman (Donna Magliozzi); his siblings, Tracy Wallis, Valerie Wallis, Tanya Mahoney (Richards), Tarsha Ancrum (Richards), David Melanson and Taylor Melanson; his grandparents, Robert and Christine Sewell of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Dahvonte Hayes, Justin Jessamy, Janisa Lopez, Denzel Ancrum, Jacob Pena, Xochie Rose, Gaetano Geggatt and Richard Terminello; and his godchild Arty Tanguay. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
