She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Bell, Jr.; and her parents, Charles Blanchard and Margaret Blanchard (Dukeshire). She is survived by: her children, Heidi, Boni-Sue and Betsi; her grandchildren, Iris, Abby and Ali; her great grandchild Logan; and her pet Jenni. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
