(Philip "Allan" McCarthy) of Lynn, Richard D. (Karen Forrest) of Grafton and Scott C. Forrest-Allen (Jason Allen-Forrest) of Lynn; his siblings, Margaret "Marie" Forrest of Ojai, CA and Phillip "Roy" (Delores Forrest) of Kingman, AZ; his grandchildren, Gail M. McCarthy of Lynn, Paul A. McCarthy (Jessica Chan) of Lynn, Timothy D. Forrest (Emily Philbrook) of Rutland and Bradley J. Forrest of Grafton; and his cousin Linda Margeson. He is also survived by his children or his grandchildren.
