He was predeceased by: his wife Margery Courtney (O'Brien); his parents, Newton Courtney and Beatrice Courtney (Colburn); and his brother Newton. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Littlefield (Scott) of Lynn; and his granddaughter Kelsey Littlefield of Virginia.
