She is survived by: her parent Ruth B. Cook (Kevill); her children, Clinton Lurvey of Derry, NH and Lisa Marie Holte of New Jersey; her granddaughters, Ariana Lurvey (Nicholas Quartarone) of Beverly and Autumn Lurvey (Stephen Brooks) of Rochester, NH; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jr. and Luca Quartarone; her siblings, Deborah Raftery (Lee Oliver) of Lynn, Donna Burgess (late John Burgess) of Lynn, Diane Nordyke (late David Nordyke) of Lynn and Michael Cook (Mary Beth) of Lancaster; and also Michelle of Derry, NH.
