He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kaufman and Lena Kaufman; and his siblings, Zalman, Ruth, Nelle, Charlotte, Pauline and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Anita (Berenzon); his children, Stuart and Joy (Stewart Frankel); and his grandchildren, Taylor Kaufman and Ari Kaufman-Frankel.
