(Bari) Cook of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cataldo "Charlie" Bari and Yolanda "Viola" Bari (Forte); her siblings, Ronald, Evelyn and Diane; her granddaughter Melissa; and her sons-in-law, Barry and Gregory.
She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Cook; her children, Stephen L. Beltzer (Mynhung) of St. Petersburg, FL, Michael A. Beltzer of Ashland, Deborah C. Smith of Leominster and Karen L. Gallagher (Andrew) of Paxton; her stepchildren, Mary K. Shanley (Michael A.) of Stow, Richard W. Cook, Jr. of Derry, NH and Kevin J. Cook (Monica L.) of Leominster; her sister Geri Keough (Dave) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Michael, Jason, Lindsay, Rainy, Brandon, Kyle, Ryan, Emma, Samantha, Evan, Gemma and Mia; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Arabella, Imani, Saffron and Jason, Jr..
