He was predeceased by: his father James E. Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his son John Palumbo; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth; his granddaughter Evelyn; his mother Lorraine Fitzpatrick (Flammia) of Winchester, MA; his siblings, John Fitzpatrick of Brunswick, ME and Lanie Higgins of Winchester, MA; and his nieces and nephews, Jay Higgins of Arlington, MA, John Fitzpatrick of Bangor, ME, Thomas Fitzpatrick of Brunswick, ME, Rhett Williams of Roxbury, VT, Tricia Schmidt of North Andover, Jennifer Fitzpatrick of Brunswick, ME, Jill Jacobs of Freeport, ME and Lynn Williams of Southborough, MA..
