He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Souliere; and his brother David Souliere. He is survived by: his parent Marcelle Souliere (Bray); his wife Nancy Souliere (Lusco); his sons, Richard A. Souliere, Jr of Ottawa and Martin A. Souliere of Washington, DC; his stepsons, Robert Davis, Jr. (Lori) of Monroeville, PA and Ronald Davis (Kathy) of Templeton, MA; and his grandchildren, Alison Devore (Ryan) and Matthew R. Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
