He is survived by: his parents, Stephen D. Dwyer and Kathleen A. L. Dantas; his wife Katerina E. Mesa-Dwyer of Miami, Florida; his brother Joseph F. D. Dwyer of Sunderland; and his grandparents, Carlos, Ella Dantas of Ipswich and David Dwyer.
