He is survived by: his wife Barbara Richard (Hebert) of Lunenburg; his children, Michael Richard of Lunenburg and Paula Richard of Lunenburg; his granddaughter Rachael; and his sisters, Geraldine Robichaud of Groton, MA and Stella Castilani of Florida.

A Celebration of Life will be held after Covid restrictions have been lifted.
