She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Knut Benes and Kathleen Benes (Mooney); her husband Daniel E. Vaz; her daughters, Nicole K. Vaz (John Cantwell, Jr.) of Delray Beach, FL and Tara E. Vaz (Michael Gannon) of Fitchburg; her brother Kevin Benes (Donna) of New Bedford; and her brother-in-law Ronald Vaz (Maria). She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and godchildren.
