She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Costa and Mary Costa (Delgado). She is survived by: her husband John "Tim" Fields; her children, Tony Fields (Patricia) of Shirley and Jai Fields of Lunenburg; her sisters, Denise Costa-Haywood of South Carolina and Cecelia Costa of Georgia; her grandsons, Jared T. Fields, Marcus J. Fields and Trevor J. Fields; and her siblings-in-law, Marianne Vargas (David) of Georgia, Lynette Griffith (Arthur) of Massachusetts and Simon Fields of Massachusetts. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society of Massachusetts.
