She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Chapman (Brown) and James Chapman; her husband William Blake; and her sister Beverly Bray. She is survived by: her brother Dr. Robert Chapman of California; her cousin Elaine Marino (Jim) of Clinton; and her brother-in-law William S. Bray of Southampton. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
