She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Grimes and Clara Grimes (Lechleiter); and her brother Major Robert T. Grimes. She is survived by: her husband Bernard; her children, Barry A. Paton (Debra Yebba) of Templeton, James B. Paton (Julianne) of Alexandria and Karen E. (Matthew Frye) of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Yebba, Joseph Yebba (Gibson), James (Jezz), Thomas Crump and Elizabeth Crump (Charlie Candelaria). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lunenburg Firefighters Association, 655 Massachusetts Ave., Lunenburg.
