With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan R. Paton of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 2, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving B. and Jennie E. Paton (Wilcox); his sons, Michael J. Paton (Lisa) of Shirley and Robert A. Paton (Tara) of Pepperell; his brother Kenneth Paton of Lunenburg; his grandchildren, Justin, Robert and Abigail; and his stepgrandsons, Brett Forest and Zachary Forest (Jackie White-Forest). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
