He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Jastrzebski and Jadwiga Jastrzebski. He is survived by: his wife Maria Paulo of Ludlow; his sister Maria Jezusek (Tadeusz); his nieces, Joanna Myjack (Wojciecas) and Anna Tuckowiak; his stepson Antonio Paulo; his stepgrandson Marc Paulo (Jaylyn Whitacker); his niece Kinzley; and also Wren.
