He was predeceased by: his parents, Henryk Wnuk and Rozalia Wnuk (Lichwala); his brothers, Jan and Edward Wnuk; and his nephew Miroslaw.
He is survived by: his children, Joanna Deszcz of Chicago, IL, Arthur Wnuk (Renee) of Monson and Gregory Wnuk (Lisa Laskiewicz) of Enfield, CT; his grandchildren, Ewelina, Natalia, Jakob Deszcz, Jack, Lucy Wnuk, Darren Beltrandi and Tommy Rusk; and his brother Michal Wnuk of New Britain, CT..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Dana Farber Study Program, 450 Brookline Ave., SW120, Boston MA 02215 so more families can benefit from the promising new treatments.
