With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Sweeney of Ludlow, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 21, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Forkey and Helen Forkey (Jarvis); and her siblings, Earl Forkey and Joan Ramos. She is survived by: her husband Martin Sweeney; her children, Todd Burke (Deborah), Mark Sweeney (Mary) and Kathleen Sweeney; her sisters, Betty Colby and Phyllis Kerstetter; her grandchildren, Maegan, Amanda, Marissa, Caroline, Elizabeth, James, Matthew and Anthony; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Delaney, Saela and Varian.
