She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fonseca and Isabel Fonseca (Camara); her husband Paul Guilbault; her grandson Jason Guilbault; and her brothers, Joseph and Robert Fonseca.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Guilbault of St. John's, FL, Paul Guilbault (Sherrie) of Ludlow and James Guilbault (Joan) of Wilbraham; her grandchildren, Kimberly Olive (Francis III), James J. Guilbault, Jr. (Amanda) and Thomas Guilbault; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Ethan, Ava, Francis IIII, Jason, Maxwell, Morgan and McKenzie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to St. Jude's Children Hospital or St. Elizabeth Parish.
