He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Forte and Alfreda Forte (Nowak); and his siblings, Rick Forte and Barbara Forte. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Forte Jr. of Wilbraham and Evan Forte of Wilbraham; his siblings, Gary Forte, Carol Forte and Debbie Baines; and his granddaughter Shelby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
