It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Nystrom Sr. of Ludlow, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anselm Nystrom and Beatrice Nystrom (LaValley); his wife Nancy Nystrom; and his siblings, Victor Nystrom (Fanny), Norma Festa (Vincent), John Nystrom (Carol) and Linda Whitney (Rit).
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Iwasinski (Joseph), Richard R, Nystrom Jr. and Catherine Kneszewski (Steven). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
