It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Meade Jr. (Ludlow, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Meade Sr. and Etta J. Boucher. He is survived by: his sisters, Colleen M. Moynihan, Corrine D. Waterhouse and Carol Ann (Chester Zielinski); and his friends, Leo Bailey and Paul Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Springfield Boys and Girls Club, 481 Carew St. Springfield, MA 01104.
