We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 101, Reno Marcello Mariani of Ludlow, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Reno Marcello is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Reno Marcello's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Mariani and Julia Mariani (Tronconi); his wife Dolores Mariani (Talbot); and his siblings, Volturno, Eddie, Armando Mariani, Louise Peluso and Lena Pagel.
He is survived by: his sister Alba Cetti; and his niece Gail (Manuel Martins). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ratell Funeral Home (200 Main St, Indian Orchard, MA 01151). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Aloysius Cemetery (1273 Berkshire Ave, Indian Orchard, MA 01151).
