He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Page and Mary Page (Grant). He is survived by: his siblings, William Page (Pam) of Chicopee and Ann Page; his children, Denise Page (Linda Croteau) of Chicopee, Brenda Fernandes (Frank) of Belchertown, Mark Page (Sharon) of Ludlow and Sharon Laduke (Jeremy) of Ludlow; and his grandchildren, Samantha Fernandes of Belchertown, Garett, Jacob Laduke of Ludlow and Courtney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dana Farber Children's Hospital, St.Judes Hospital or the Wounded Warriors Project.
