She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria R. Serra and Florindo Lopes Serra; and her husband Antonio. She is survived by: her siblings, Albino, Armenio Serra and Idalina Matias; and her children, Georgina Serra, Teresa Fernandes, Beatriz Colaw, John Matias, Luis Matias, James Serra, Silver Serra, Danny Serra, Sylvia Leal, Anthony Serra and David Matias. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
