He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Zelia Alves (Artur Alves) of Springfield and Anabela Smith (Jerry Smith, Sr.) of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Cindy (Carlos), Stephen, Danny (Sarah), David (Joanna), Dominic, Jessie, Derek, Desiree, Jerry Jr., Brandon and Dustin (Lacy); his great grandchildren, Danny (Amanda), Lexy (Kevin), Haleigh, Stephen Jr., Rita, Sumer, Mason, Massimo, Valentina, Adelina, Dakota, Connor, Waylon, Lennox, Xavier and Nathan; his great great grandchild Celeste Carmen (Cece); and his brother Marino Vitorino (Deolinda). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
