He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquim Goncalves and Bertilia Goncalves (Joao). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Goncalves Lavin (Timothy Lavin), Jacqueline Goncalves and Briana Martone (Jonathan Martone); his grandchildren, Eleanor and Theodore Lavin; his siblings, Diane Manicki (Mike Manicki) and Michael Goncalves (Lauren Dones Azevedo); the mother of his children Mize Goncalves; and his aunt Isabel João. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Reservoir Cemetery.
