She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Makowicz and Apolonia Makowicz (Kogut); and her husband Edward Perreault. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Perreault (Leslie) of Ludlow and Edward Perreault (Mandy Brady) of Ludlow; her siblings, John Makowicz, Helen Bubien, Alice Saczawa and Frances Bednarczyk; her grandchildren, Noel Perreault (Stefanie), Danielle Perreault, Lindsay Ferri (Nick) and Ryan Perreault (Delia); and her great grandchildren, Easton, Everett, Avery and Audrey.
