She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wellspeak and Margaret Wellspeak (Harrington); and her sister Debra Wellspeak. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Marie Carabine of Springfield, Sean Edward Weaver of Springfield and Ashton Jorge Quinones of Springfield; her boyfriend Jorge Quinones of Ludlow; her sister Sandra Wellspeak; her grandsons, Evan Carabine and Cameron Bissonnette; and her former husband Ricky Weaver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
