He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldore Sedelow and Frances Sedelow (Davis); his brother Aldore "Joe" Sedelow; and his nephew David Santos. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffaney Ablicki (Matthew) of Palmer, MA.

“I want to offer my deepest condolences to his daughter Tiffaney Ablicki (Matthew), and extended family and friends of Gerald. He served his country faithfully in the US Navy and Air Force Reserve at Westover ARB during Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and many other mission operations while assigned to the Services (Chow Hall) Squadron. He has now taken his final flight on the wings of an eagle. I give him a heartfelt Hand Salute. SMSgt. Paul Bergeron, Chicopee.”
