Edwin J. Leary Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edwin J. Leary Jr. of Ludlow, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Kalib; and his siblings, Thomas, William, Christine and Theresa.
He is survived by: his spouse Auzenda "Zenda" Leary (Alves); his children, Donna Leary-Arnold (late Dennis) of Ludlow and Ed Leary (Liz) of Belchertown; his grandchildren, Brianne Arnone (Joe), Kaitlyn Stewart (Ase), Eddie Leary (Kelly), Dan Leary (Lizeth) and Megan Leary; his great grandchildren, Aliyah, Jack, Matthew and Jase; his siblings, Virginia, Madeline, Anne, Susan, Robert and Daniel; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Parish (438 Winsor St, Ludlow, MA 01056).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edwin's memory to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
