She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Czornobaj and Anna Czornobaj (Hordyj); her husband Michael Maksymiw; and her siblings, Walter Czornobaj, Slava Boyko and Irene Levsky.
She is survived by: her sons, George Maksymiw (Maria Lee) of Cape Coral and Michael Maskymiw of Ludlow; her sister Olga Yakymiw; her grandchildren, Amanda Jerome (Brian) and Jocelyn Foti (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Beau, Tucker, Harper and Riley. She is also survived by many loving extended family members, dear friends, and her beloved church family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church (45 Newbury St, Ludlow, MA 01056).
