He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nahorniak and Yolanda Nahorniak; and his brothers, Steven Norman Nahorniak and Joseph Patrick Nahorniak. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathleen Galanis; his sister Judy Bergdoll; and his nephews, Steven Michael Burris, Joseph Nahorniak and Michael Joseph Bergdoll.

Donations may be made in David's memory to TJ O'Connor Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
