She is survived by: her spouse Carmin J. Moutinho, Jr.; her children, Christi Staples (Cameron) of Marblehead, MA and Carmin "Jay" Moutinho III (Janett) of Burlington, KY; her granddaughters, Grace and Sarah Holmes; and her siblings, Thomas Amos (Maxine) of Palmer, Peter Amos of Ludlow, Kathie Morrison of Holyoke and Debra Amos of Belchertown. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 14 grand nieces and nephews.
As a tribute to Cher's father Charlie, who was a WWII Repertoire POW from the Bataan Death March, the family has asked that donations be made in her memory to The Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).
