She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximino Morais and Ethel Morais (Ramos); and her sister Dolores Hoarle. She is survived by: her husband Paul Bureau; her son David Jorge (Rosemary); her stepchildren, Diane, Bob, Rick, Joanne, Patty and Ken; her grandsons, Nicholas and Anthony Jorge; and her close friend Violet R. Silva. She is also survived by 15 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great grandchildren.
Ludlow Funeral Home has been trusted with her arrangements and in lieu of flowers, Charlotte's family has asked that donations be made in her memory to: The Alzheimer's Association @ alz.org.
