He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Luis Neto and Justina Neto (Evangelista); and his sister Luisa Tinsley. He is survived by: his wife Maria Sao Neto; his daughter Alison Neto; his brother John; his siblings-in-law, Maria Batista of Ludlow and Robert Tinsley of Chula Vista, California.; his parents-in-law, Joaquim and Irene Batista of Ludlow; his nieces and nephews, Jessi Tinsley (Sabian) of San Diego, California, Amanda Tinsley (Mike) of Oceanside, California, Justin Batista of Durango, Colorado, Jillian Batista and Jake Batista of Ludlow; and his great-nephew Luis Polaris of San Diego, California.. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
