He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hebert and Rita Hebert (Tanguay); and his brother Raymond Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Obrzut Hebert of Ludlow; his sons, Kevin Hebert (Betty) of Brimfield and Eric Hebert (Katie) of Melrose; his siblings, Gary Hebert (Numa Navarro) of Estero, FL, Larry Hebert (Kathy) of South Hadley and Gail Kowalewski (Michael) of Agawam; his grandchildren, Drew, John, Kayla, Alana and Riley; and his caregiver Liz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
