He is survived by: his wife Lori Pierpont (Ford); his son Jonathan Tooker (Lauren); his grandchildren, Aiden, Alexis and Bentley; and his brothers, David Costa (Ruth) and Albert Costa (Dori). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
