He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lis and Mary Lis (Kozlik); and his siblings, Stanley, Henry, John, Frederick, Hedwig, Cecilia, Ann and Natalie.
He is survived by: his sister Helen Swiatlowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home (64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christ the King Church (41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Alphonse's memory may be made to Christ the King Church.
