He was predeceased by: his father Richard Chase. He is survived by: his mother Jane Chase (Drawec); his wife Louise Chase (Belisle); his sons, Mckinley Chase (Melissa) and Shane Chase; his stepchild Kade Methot; his grandsons, Lincoln and Jackson Chase; and his siblings, Bill Chase, Scott Chase (Madeline), Linda Kershaw (Randy) and Lois Chase (John Seifert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
