He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Tobin and Mary Tobin (McGlynn); and his brothers, John and Brendan. He is survived by: his siblings, Miriam Carter (T. Barton Carter) and Kevin Tobin (Patricia); his sister-in-law Kathleen; his wife Elizabeth Tobin (Heenan); his children, Christine Hendrickson of East Greenwich, RI, Thomas Tobin Jr. (Carolyn) of Portsmouth, NH, Jennifer Baryluk (Gregory) of Upper Arlington, OH and Kathryn Armstrong (Euan) of Vienna, VA.; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Laurel, Timothy, Sarah, Matthew, Brendan, Jonathan, Christopher, Clare, Drew, Kiele and Eliana; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Theodore, Jude, Byron and Elizabeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mahoney Funeral Home (187 Nesmith St, Lowell, MA 01852). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
