He is survived by: his children, Courtney Griffin, Colin Griffin and Emily Griffin Johnson; his former wife Christina Griffin; his sisters, Patricia Griffin, Mary Elizabeth Marsh and Martha Sanford; and his sister-in-law Maureen Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
