He is survived by: his parents, Reth Loum and Roeut Chhoeun; his brothers, Hoeut Loum (Samantha Ol) of Lunenburg, MA, Loeut Loum (Sopheap Pan) of Lowell, MA and Soeuth Luom of Lowell, MA; his niece Michelle Loum; and his nephew Theodore Loum.
