The memory of Rita T. Lussier (Lowell, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 5, 2024 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Lussier; her siblings, Roland Lessard, Lucille Lessard Azarowski, Estelle Lessard Lapointe, Robert Lessard and Raymond Lessard; and her mother Rita.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald (Maureen Lussier) of Milford, NH, Robert (Joette Lussier) of Dracut, MA and Denise Poirier (Norman Poirier) of Tyngsboro, MA.; and her grandchildren, Cheri Gratton (Lussier), Jeffrey Lussier, Joshua Cable, Danielle DeBoer (Lussier) and Allison Scott (Lussier).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (96 Riverneck Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
