It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul J. McGowan Jr. of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul McGowan and Alice McGowan (Hall); and his sister Eileen Perkins. He is survived by: his son Shane McGowan (Kim) of Bolton; his grandchildren, Reilly, Ronan and Calan; his daughter Mandy McGowan of New Hampshire; and his siblings, Kathleen Quealy (James) of Nashua and Hugh McGowan (Cheryl) of Bakersfield, CA. He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
